(1) Vendor needs to provide concept feasibility study service to the government authority located in Fairfax, VA. – Provide forward–thinking and creative multidisciplinary team of planners, engineers and environmental stewards to develop a preferred alternative for the circle intersection.– Creating a human–scale, walkable and pedestrian–friendly environment– Accommodating bicycle traffic through the continuation of the boulevard cycle track or similar facility– Creating a sense of place that draws on the circle history– Minimizing environmental impacts to existing features– Maximizing the use of landscaping and other natural features in placemaking– Supporting local business access and future development goals of the small area plan(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 22, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
