(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioural health gaps analysis service to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM. – Professional organization that specializes in mixed–methods data analysis with expertise in behavioral health policy and systems.– Gap analysis of the state behavioral health system serving individuals across the lifespan and two subsequent reports within 24 months of the initial analysis.– This gap analysis and subsequent reports will be used to inform implementation and to help track progress of the behavioral health reform and investment act.– A strategic, data–driven approach to identify shortages in mental health and substance use disorder treatment and workforce capacity.– Reduce duplication, and identify potential programmatic, funding, and policy opportunities that lead to improved integration within the behavioral health system and other healthcare and social systems to promote whole person health.(2) The contract period will be for four years.
