(1) Vendor needs to provide commission structure review and consulting professional services to the government authority located in Dover, DE. – Provide conduct a study to assist the secretary of state in reviewing the structure of the public service commission and its staff, commissioner term length, qualifications of commissioners, the commission’s role in strategic planning for the state, and the best use of the staff as it relates to the commission’s role and responsibilities.– Provide an analysis of how artificial intelligence could be used to increase staff or commissioner productivity.– Provide a comprehensive report of findings and recommendations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
