CSE-24266 - USA (Francisco, California) - Security Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security services to the government authority located in Francisco, CA. – Furnish security and lobby ambassador services for agency.– Implement and enforce access control policies and procedures; greet, check in, screen, direct, and escort employees, visitors, contractors, vendors, and courtroom participants.– Recognize and respond to security threats, suspicious activity, and security breaches.– Recognize and respond to emergency situations and safety hazards, including fire alarms, power outages, medical emergencies, elevator entrapments, and other incidents affecting agency floor occupants.– Maintain, test, monitor, and operate security equipment and systems, including access control devices, panic alarms, surveillance equipment and other security–related technology.– Monitor and operate access control and camera systems.– Prepare and maintain appropriate logs, reports, threat watch list, incident documentation, and records of activities.– Implement and enforce security procedures as described in the post orders and other applicable agency policies and procedures.– Make recommendations regarding security policies, procedures, operational improvements, and appropriate responses to security concerns based on the vendor’s expertise and accepted industry best practices.  – Monitor and provide information regarding public events, demonstrations, emergencies, or other activities in the surrounding area that may impact agency operations.– Provide limited administrative support related to reception, visitor management, meetings, events, and general office operations, as requested by the agency. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
