(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory services to the government authority located in Miami, FL.– Assist in the development and implementation of investment strategies that align with the agency’s objectives, liquidity needs, and risk tolerance, as defined in the trust indenture. such strategies should be designed to enhance portfolio performance while remaining compliant with the agency’s investment policy, trust indenture, applicable statutes, and prevailing market conditions.– Monitor the portfolio for compliance with the investment policy and trust indenture and promptly notify the agency of any identified or potential non–compliance.– Assist the agency with the development, review, and recommend updates to its investment policy statement.– Monitor portfolio risk and provide periodic risk assessments and mitigation strategies.– Risk monitoring should include, as applicable, analysis of interest–rate risk, credit risk, duration, concentration, liquidity, and market volatility, and should be incorporated into periodic reports and recommendations.– Maintain transparent, complete, and auditable records of all transactions and holdings.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4,2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on September 2,2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
