(1) Vendor needs to provide banking, electronic bill payment and presentment services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA.• Currently maintains two separate banking relationships to manage 78accounts that support daily operations across the county’s treasury, healthcare, education, and social services functions.• Strategic partner capable of delivering excellent customer service to staff and constituents, offering reliable and technologically advanced solutions, and strong conversion support given the complexity of the county’s multi–ERP environment.• Institutions that use Galaxy (ERP system used by agency and multiple school districts) and PeopleSoft v9.2 (Financials and Human Capital Management, used by the County), and provide ongoing insight into emerging trends in banking and treasury services.• General Banking• Property Tax and Healthcare Lockboxes• Integrated Payables• Electronic Bill Pay and Presentment(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
