CMAR Operations & Maintenance Building Remodel

Littleton Elementary School District #65 is requesting sealed technical and qualification proposals to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services (pre-construction and construction) for the remodel of an operations & maintenance building. This RFQ is being issued pursuant to A.R.S. §15-213 under which the District may procure construction manager at risk services as provided in Title 41, Chapter 43 of the Arizona Revised Statues. Therefore, in accordance with the specifications contained herein and in compliance with the School District Procurement Rules. This Request for Qualifications shall not commit the District to enter into any agreement, to pay any expenses incurred in preparation of any response to this request, or to procure or contract for any supplies, goods or services. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses received as a result of this RFQ if it is in the District’s best interest to do so. The District will award to one firm only but may use multiple GMPs. Architectural Services will be provided by ADM Group, Inc
