EXTRA-78313 - USA (Colorado) - Rodeo Production and Stock Contractor Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide rodeo production and stock contractor services to the government authority located in CO.– Livestock: Provide sufficient, high–quality rough stock (bulls, bareback, and saddle broncs) and timed–event cattle (steers and calves) to accommodate all contestant entries. – Personnel: Supply experienced and professional rodeo personnel, including:– Minimum of two (2) pickup men.– Minimum of two (2) bullfighters.– Flank men and bucking chute foreman.– Rodeo secretary and timers.– Professional rodeo announcer.– Production and coordination: manage grand entries, pacing of the event, and seamless transitions between events to ensure an entertaining experience for spectators.– Animal welfare: ensure the humane treatment, feeding (including hay/alfalfa), and care of all livestock while on the fairgrounds.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
