(1) Vendor needs to provide disparity study update service to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH. • Disparity study: conduct a disparity study to determine whether and, if so, the extent to which statistically significant disparities exist between the minority–owned–and–controlled and women–owned–and–controlled business enterprises in the city’s market area.• Optional construction workforce study: conduct an analysis of the workforce performing construction work on city projects. • Analysis is to better understand the demographics of the city's construction workforce and identify differences in workforce participation.• Examine, analyze, and document any discrimination against minority– and women–owned businesses caused by the City’s contracting and procurement practices or procedures• Review and analyze the policies, procedures, and practices of business enterprise program related to, but not limited to, program management, data collection, goal setting, certification process, compliance, and outreach programs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 20, 2026.
