(1) Vendor needs to provide hospital and durable medical equipment preventive maintenance, calibrations, and repair services to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX. – Annual preventive maintenance, to include electrical safety checks.– Quarterly calibrations of scales.– As–needed repair services.– Electrical safety checks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
