Description

Frederick County, Maryland (the “County”) is seeking proposals from qualified locksmith services firms (the “Contractor”) for the provision of all labor, materials, equipment, parts, permits, insurance, supervision, and transportation necessary for locksmith services located throughout the County. The services are to be provided on an as-needed basis. Services are to be provided in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this solicitation. Multiple County agencies will be authorized to utilize the services of the Contractor or Contractors selected for award. Most of the services that may be required will be ordered by the Division of Water and Sewer Utilities (DWSU).
