(1) Vendor needs to provide stormwater asset assessment services to the government authority located in Sandy Springs, GA.• Stormwater system data collection, including field work and visual condition assessments;• In–house data review and upload of assessment information into the City’s GIS;• Communication with the City and preparation of interim and final reports.• Prioritize maintenance, repair, and replacement needs• Improve accuracy of stormwater asset records• Identify areas of concern before they become larger issues• Support responsible budgeting and long–term capital planning• Improve system reliability and public service delivery• Protect public infrastructure and the environment• Field surveys of stormwater structures and conduits• Documentation of asset attributes• Condition assessments based on field observations• Entry of collected data into the City’s Geographic Information System• Development of a final report evaluating the overall condition of the stormwater system
