(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal sidewalk grant services to the government authority located in New Jersey.– Provide competitive grant funding to municipalities for the construction of new public sidewalks located along county roads that improve pedestrian safety, walkability, accessibility, and community connectivity.– Program is designed to:– Promote pedestrian safety and ADA accessibility along county roadways.– Encourage municipal investment in walkable infrastructure.– Leverage municipal engineering, permitting, and construction capacity.– Ensure fiscal accountability and long–term asset ownership by municipalities.– Provide equitable access to funding while protecting county fiscal interests.(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026.
