(1) Vendor needs to provide 457(B) deferred compensation plan retirement plan record keeping services to the government authority located in Tacoma, WA.– Plan Setup, Transition, and Ongoing Administration Framework• Plan implementation and onboarding• Transition planning, procedures, and coordination of conversion activities• Data mapping and conversion from prior recordkeeper; historical data import and reconciliation– Participant Recordkeeping and Account Maintenance• Eligibility tracking; processing new enrollments• Enroll new participants and support existing participants with account updates– Payroll and Contribution Processing• Process regular and ad–hoc payroll contributions via payroll files• Support multiple payroll frequencies and sources– Investment Administration, Trust and/or Custody– Compliance Support, Testing, and Regulatory Updates– Participant Services, Service Center, and Transactions– Plan Sponsor Services, Governance Support, and Reporting– Communication, Education, Engagement, and Financial Wellness(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
