CSE-24716 - USA (Mississippi) - Resident Hall Security and Integrator Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide resident hall security and integrator services for the phased migration and expansion of the Department's electronic access control and video surveillance systems to the government authority located in Mississippi.– The proposer shall demonstrate successful experience implementing, migrating, integrating, and supporting enterprise–scale electronic access control and video surveillance systems comparable in size and complexity to the University's Department of Student Housing.– Video Surveillance Integration: – The solution shall support the Department's standardized Axis Communications camera environment and accommodate the University's current camera standards, including single–head, dual–head, multisensor, elevator, and other approved camera configurations.– The solution shall support camera installation, configuration, aiming, focusing, recording, audio functionality where required, health monitoring, and commissioning– Unified Security Operations: –The solution shall support:• Access–control events and alarms;• Video verification;• Emergency lockdown procedures;• Door and device status monitoring;• Alarm/event–to–action programming;• Camera assignments;• Maps and graphical interfaces; and• Centralized system administration.– The proposer shall identify applicable security controls, authentication methods, encryption capabilities, firmware and software update processes, account–management capabilities, audit logging, and other cybersecurity features applicable to the proposed solution.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
