(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate appraiser service to the government authority located in Hackensack, NJ. • Real estate appraisers to provide “review appraisal” services on an as needed basis relating to the county open space, recreation, floodplain protection, farmland and historic preservation trust fund program• Review appraisals submitted by county municipalities, the county or qualified nonprofit organizations to the trust fund for the acquisition of property or interest.• Review each appraisal to confirm the value opinion of each appraisal.• If the value opinion is not supported, then the review appraiser shall, at the direction of the division, develop an independent opinion of value.• Review appraiser may be asked to attend in–person meetings with division staff and; when required, attend meetings in the evening with the trust fund public advisory committee(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Nov 18, 2026
