A&E Services for DHS Mental Health Rehab Center

County of Sacramento is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from local firms to provide comprehensive Architectural/Engineering Services for the new Department of Health Services (DHS) Mental Health Rehab Center which will be located at 3860 Branch Center Road, Sacramento CA. The resulting contract from this solicitation will be administered by County of Sacramento Architectural Services Division (ASD). The County will evaluate and rank all submitted SOQ's, after which the most qualified firm will enter fee negotiations with the County. If a fee cannot be negotiated with the first ranked firm, then the second ranked firm will be selected to negotiate a fee. The firm with a successfully negotiated fee will be recommended to the County Board of Directors for approval. The cost of developing the SOQ is entirely the responsibility of the respondent and cannot be charged to the County of Sacramento or included in the cost elements of future contracted work.
