CLEANING-13013 - USA (Buda, Texas) - Janitorial Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Buda, TX.– Check restrooms and restock dispensers – Walk building to inspect areas that may need attention – check restrooms throughout the day– Clean assigned areas (vestibules, clean rugs, dust mop, clean water fountains, glass doors, entry ways, etc.)– Perform routine exterior inspections (trash/leaf/debris removal from walkways, doorways, etc.)– Assist with cafeteria set–up and breakdown, including arranging tables and chairs– Clean cafeteria (spot mop or run auto scrubber) and take out trash after breakfast– Respond to emergency situations and spills– Laundry as needed (wash/dry/fold)– Sweep hallways, stairs, etc.– Assist with covering events during shift– Assist with emergency situations after hours, weekends, and holidays– Assist in maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
