(1) Vendor needs to provide enrollment marketing services.• Develop and execute an annual enrollment recruitment strategy aligned with university enrollment goals, institutional priorities, available resources, and changing market conditions.• Recruitment audiences, campaign timing, enrollment priorities, messaging strategy, landing pages, lead generation, data exchange, attribution, performance reporting, and other activities necessary to provide an integrated student recruitment strategy.• Prospective student identification and acquisition;• Student search and inquiry generation;• Prospect and inquiry engagement;• Admitted student engagement;• Deposit and enrollment yield;• Measurement and analysis of recruitment and enrollment outcomes.• Development of annual and cycle–specific recruitment strategies• Regular strategic consultation with university enrollment leadership to evaluate performance and adjust strategies throughout the recruitment cycle.• Assessment of existing recruitment funnel, enrollment performance, student populations, geographic markets, and recruitment practices.• Support application–generation campaigns and outreach• Development and sharing of target audience strategies;• Coordination of campaign calendars and enrollment priorities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
