(1) Vendor needs to provide project and portfolio management (PPM) software.– The solution must support secure deployment within the State’s environment and align with Microsoft 365 security, identity, and compliance controls– The solution must support integration with Microsoft Teams to enable collaboration, communication, and access to project information. User experiences within Teams are preferred where appropriate– The solution must support integration with task management tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner or equivalent) where appropriate, while maintaining governance and visibility at the project, program, and portfolio levels.– The solution should support integration with data sources required to enable consolidated reporting (e.g., project data, resource data, and delivery metrics), and allow for role–based access, appropriate data refresh intervals, and alignment with agency reporting needs.– The solution should support the ability to integrate with financial or line–of–business systems (e.g., Dynamics 365 or equivalent) if required. Such integrations may be implemented in phases.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
