CLEANING-13125 - USA (Tuskegee, Alabama) - Custodial and Janitorial Services - Deadline July 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial and janitorial services to the government authority located in Tuskegee, AL.         – Provide comprehensive campus–wide cleaning services, including routine daily janitorial services, restroom sanitation, floor care, carpet cleaning, window washing, specialty cleaning, event setup and breakdown cleaning, biohazard cleaning, and related reporting and documentation.– Daily routine janitorial services trash removal, surface wiping, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, and mopping.– Carpet vacuuming, spot treatment, and periodic deep extraction.– Restroom deep cleaning and disinfection with germicidal cleaners.– Emergency and after–hours cleaning response.– Stairwell and elevator cleaning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
