(1) Vendor needs to provide alternative sentencing program to serve youth and adults service to the government authority located in Nanuet, NY.• Clearly outlined plan for clients to complete community service at municipal or non–profitworksites through placement at independent worksites, group work projects, or a combinationthereof. • Method to monitor/ensure client participation at worksites using direct supervision byprogram staff, calls to/from worksites, staff visits, correspondence, etc.• Completion of client interviews/placement/reports back to Court(s) or Probation within thirty(30) days.• Plan to track client data: number screened; interviewed; complete service; number returned tocourt without completion of community service; number who are sent back to the program;number re–sentenced to program; and barriers to service completion.• Show in–kind and cash contributions from sponsoring agency on proposed budget.• contact active worksites regarding participant performance at regular, predeterminedintervals and, where appropriate and feasible, conduct periodic sitevisits.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
