(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology managed services to the government authority located in Grambling, LA. – Provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) managed services, staff augmentation, technical expertise and related deliverables to support the agency’s ellucian banner modules and associated functionality. – Services shall support banner availability, performance, maintenance, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable and effective services for students, faculty and staff.• Provide functional and technical support for IT, banner student services, finance, HR, financial aid, registrar and other supported banner modules.• Provide administration support for banner administrative pages, Application Navigator, Self–Service Banner 9 (SSB9), and Degree Works.• Provide 24x7x365 monitoring of critical Banner applications and services, including timely incident identification, escalation, and resolution.• Provide banner database and application administration, including configuration, maintenance, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting and performance optimization.• Support Banner integrations, interfaces, APIs, scheduled jobs, and data exchanges with university systems and third–party applications.• Provide technical troubleshooting, including the ability to review logs, execute approved scripts and queries, diagnose application/database issues, and support data–related requests.• Manage and respond to admin computing/ERP banner tickets, including assignment, prioritization, escalation, resolution and documentation.• Maintain appropriate documentation for system configurations, integrations, changes, procedures, and recurring operational processes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
