The Commission is seeking qualified Contractors to provide design-build services for mechanical upgrades and improvements to the Wheaton Ice Arena located at 11717 Orebaugh Avenue, Wheaton, Maryland 20902. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, the replacement of R-22 refrigeration system with an ammonia system. The anticipated budget for this project will be between $1,800,000 and $2,000,000.
