(1) Vendor needs to provide ambulance billing, collection, financial reporting and analytical services.– Provide ambulance billing, collection, financial reporting, and analytical services.– This includes complete management of the billing process from patient contact to account closure.– Billing the firm shall be able to retrieve the electronic billing file and other billing related information from the city’s secure server.– Collections the firm shall process all claims according to timelines defined by the city and the firm.– The claims should be divided into four revenue categories: medicare, medicaid, insurance, and private pay.– Accounting and reporting accounting for all billing pursuant to generally accepted accounting principles shall be provided on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, or as requested by the city.– Analytical services provide analysis and expertise in all issues related to ambulance billing.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
