(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services to the government authority located in Topsham, ME.– Provide final design, survey, and engineering services for the reconstruction.– Consultant will evaluate existing conditions, perform a topographic survey, prepare final engineering plans and specifications, and develop a construction cost estimate to support public bidding and construction.– Review available mapping, prior plans, utility information, and ROW documentation.– Topographic survey.– Existing conditions evaluation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
