Provide Emergency Power Equipment Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services at Various City Of Winchester Properties

The purpose of this ITB is to solicit bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, parts, supplies, tools, transportation and materials necessary to provide 'Brief Project Description The City of Winchester reserves the right to add, modify or delete from this list at any time during the original term and any subsequent renewals without penalty or default. This Invitation to Bid (ITB), plus the resulting agreement, shall be consistent with, and governed by the Act, the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA). Pre-Bid Conference : 'Pre-Bid Conference Contract Term : The contract term shall be a period of 'Contract Term from the date of award. The City reserves the right to cancel and terminate this Contract, without penalty, upon ten (10) days written notice to contractor.
