(1) Vendor needs to provide learning and development platform. – Provide an online learning and development management solution to submit a response to certain questions provided in the preliminary market consultation (PMC) document. – The solution will replace all current learning and development platform components, functionality, and services. – Support for multiple content formats: interactive courses, videos, animations, micro–learning, scenario–based learning, serious gaming.– Content commissioning services enabling development or import of custom eLearning content.– Learning management solution: central hub for all learning and development activities.– Integration with external video conferencing platforms.– Organisation–managed course catalogues, content and learning programmes.– License management: annual license purchasing with flexible reassignment of licenses.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 07, 2026.
