PRESOLICITATION NOTICE OF INTENT NONCOMPETITIVENotice of Intent to Sole Source: WAPA Wide custom, web–based, interactive training curriculum Ethos Systems, Inc.The Department of Energy (DOE) / Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) intends to issue a sole source award, under the authority of RFO FAR 12.201–1 Simplified Procedures for Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services (IAW 41 U.S.C.1901 Simplified Acquisition Procedures), to ETHOS SYSTEMS,INC., of Redwood City, California.This is a sole source acquisition to Ethos Systems, Inc., uniquely qualified to provide a “Custom, web–based, interactive training curriculum to be delivered as a fully compiled, sharable content objective reference model Self–Contained and Mobile Accessible (SCORM) conformant package“ for Western Area Power Administration. Statement of Work (attachment)The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with RFO FAR Parts 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611710 Educational Support Services; small business size standard is $24.000,000 million.This synopsis of proposed contract action/notice of intent is for information and market research purposes only.
