(1) Vendor needs to provide care enrolment and outreach service.– Provides a primary care provider, access to specialty care, behavioral health services, prescription drug benefits, as well as 24/7 customer service to seamlessly connect patients to healthcare.• Care Direct Enrollment and Outreach Partner:– Screen applicants through the State Marketplace and facilitate Direct Enrollment for applicants who are eligible for Care as new or renewing members; – Connect eligible applicants with special circumstances to Financial Counselors. – Engage through outreach activities in select TRIE Zip Codes, informing and educating them about Care.• Care Outreach and Referral Partner:– Engage through in–person and digital outreach activities in select TRIE Zip Codes, informing and educating; – Refer eligible state to make appointments with care authorized enrollers for enrolment as new or renewing members
