CONS-23314 - USA (Easton, Pennsylvania) - Architectural and Engineering Services - Deadline September 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering services to the government authority located in Easton, PA.– Development and Engineeringa. Structural Analysis – Review available building plans and perform a site inspection to confirm adequacy of the existing roof structure. Develop structural engineering plans, stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, showing roof framing, fasteners and racking details.b. Electrical Design – Develop electrical engineering plans, stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, showing the overall electric site plan, array plan, equipment plan and elevations, line diagrams and construction details.c. Bid Specifications – Develop technical specifications for the proposed solar panel array and all associated equipment. County shall provide front–end specifications for incorporation into the construction bid package.d. Utility Interconnection Approval – Submit an application and coordinate with utility provider (Met–Ed) for the interconnection of the proposed renewable generation equipment.e. Permitting and Regulatory Approvals – Submit applications and all required documentation to the municipality, or any other any authority having jurisdiction over the approval of the proposed solar array.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.
