(1) Vendor needs to provide debris removal services to the government authority located in Macon, GA. – Provide debris removal, reduction, hauling, and disposal services, for debris resulting from hurricanes, tornadoes, ice storms, severe weather, and other natural or man–made disasters. • Services:– Examining debris to determine whether or not debris is eligible.– Loading the debris.– Hauling debris to agency approved Temporary Debris Management Sites (TDMS)s or agency approved final disposal sites.– Reducing disaster related debris.– Hauling reduced debris to an agency approved final disposal site.– Disposing of reduced debris at an agency.• Emergency road clearance.• Right of Way (ROW) vegetative debris removal.• ROW Construction and Demolition (C&D) debris removal.• TDMSs management, operations and reduction through grinding.• Haul–out of reduced debris to an agency approved final disposal site.• Removal of hazardous leaning trees and hanging limbs.• Removal of hazardous stumps.• Sand, silt, and debris removal from detention/retention structures.• Household hazardous waste removal transport and disposal.• ROW white goods debris removal.• Dead animal carcasses.• Abandoned vehicle removal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 19, 2026.
