The SWEPRS Irrigation Schemes Development & Administration Agency (ISDAA) now invites eligible bidders for the construction of the attached Two (2) Small Scale Irrigation Projects. Interested eligible Water Works Contractors and General Contractors who have Water Works Competence Certificate from Ethiopian Construction Authority/Water, Mine & Energy Bureau (WW&GC, WWGC, GC and WWC) who have renewed trade license, Registration certificate, VAT and Tax Payer registration certificates for the budget year can participate. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, (2017 edition ), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of ETB 1000 (One Thousand Ethiopian Birr only). The method of payment will be in Cash. The deadline for bid submission is at 8:00 Afternoon local time (2:00 PM) on the 31st day of this bid announcement .
