(1) Vendor needs to provide secretary of state (SOS) notary automation solution.• The legacy NAP system also stores information related to notary education vendors, seal manufacturers and other data to support the commissioning and regulation of notaries public.• The legacy NAP system was developed utilizing the PowerBuilder application coupled with an Oracle database and is based on antiquated programming language to support primarily a paper–based process.• The solution must enable an authorized SOS user to specify sort order for each correction reason to be displayed to an SOS user. • The solution must associate a compliance case with a master record.• The solution must generate output for a compliance case.• The solution must support scheduling of data migration tasks, including recurring data migrations.• The solution must enable an authorized SOS user to create, view, update, deactivate, configure and manage certificate templates.• The solution must enable notifications to include dynamic placeholders for event–specific data.• The solution must enable an external user to reset their account password.• The solution must enable an external–users to recover their account username.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 05, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
