(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial services to the government authority located in Harrisburg, PA.– Provide a quality workers’ compensation program for businesses that choose the fund to meet their required obligation under the workers’ compensation act, and to contribute to a progressive, stabler workers’ compensation market.– Adequacy of loss reserves.– Impact of internal and external factors on present and future loss payment patterns and loss development.– Adequacy of surplus.– Provide under separate cover, an opinion with respect to expected loss, loss adjustment expense and loss ratio for the coming year based on an assessment of the loss development expectation from the previous year end financial statement.– Provide annual catastrophic and lifetime claims analysis.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
