Vendor needs to provide emergency traffic control device damage assessment services to the government authority located in Lake Charles, LA. – The Awarded Contractor will be required utilize the Asset Management System or the current Parish Asset Management System, to complete damage assessments.– Contractor A must provide inspectors with mobile devices to complete in–field damageassessments or the current Parish Asset Management System.– Assessments must:• Be completed in accordance with Parish standards for OpenGov records;• Be completed in accordance with the prioritization of routes established by the Parish;• Include a picture of the acceptable, damaged, or missing traffic control device at each location;• Include supporting notes at each location.• Be completed in a timely manner, such that all damaged traffic control signage can be replaced expeditiously.
