QUALITY-3143 - USA (Rochester, New York) - Drug and Alcohol Testing Services - Deadline November 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol testing services to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.1. Management and administration:– Provide support in the updating of a substance abuse policy and administration of drug and alcohol testing procedures, including follow–up testing and on–going review of current policy and legal updates.– Design, implement, and manage random drug or alcohol selection procedure.– Provide pre–employment drug testing for police candidates (9 Panel, which is 10 Panel excluding THC). 2. Specimen collection services:– Provide onsite collection options with 24–hour availability.– Provide collection supplies.– Provide transportation of specimen to certified laboratories meeting all safety, care, and quality requirements.– Arrange for reasonable suspicion and return to duty testing. 3. Laboratory services:– Provide nine panel drug tests (10 Panel excluding THC) for non–federal, police pre–employment candidate testing to include: Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine, Methadone, Methaqualone, Opioids, Phencyclidine (PCP) and Propoxyphene.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
