Vendor needs to provide building management system upgrade services to the government authority located in New York.• Install and integrate a new Building Management System (BMS), including controllers, actuators, sensors, control devices, communication networks, and updated sequences of operation, while maintaining building operations throughout phased implementation.• Provide complete project execution, including permits, labor, materials, demolition, coordination, commissioning, testing, owner training, and all required preconstruction planning, Methods of Procedure (MOPs), and safety and logistics documentation.• Coordinate and commission all systems, including campus shutdowns, BAS/network integration, fire alarm coordination, functional testing, inspections, and submission of all required technical and closeout documentation.
