(1) Vendor needs to provide biohazard waste removal and disposal services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. • Pick up all medical waste from the designated areas of the main loading dock. • Remove full containers and replace them with empty containers on a one–for–one basis.• Pick up medical waste at the following intervals:– 1x/week: Biohazardous medical waste– Monthly: Pharmaceutical waste– Monthly: Pharmaceutical hazardous waste• Inspect medical waste packaged by the home at the time of pick–up and prior to removal of containers.• Complete unscheduled emergency pick–ups within 24 hours of notification(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
