(1) Vendor needs to provide student engagement and enrichment partners service to the government authority located in KY. – Provide direct, student–facing programming. – Provide high–quality student engagement and enrichment programming designed to empower learners to develop and demonstrate the five agency success skills.– Programming will foster student–driven learning environments that support the creation of high quality artifacts for the journey to success gallery and prepare students for future success. • Prioritize direct interaction: Programs must focus on student participation, hands–on learning and active engagement.• Support the “Whole Child“: Activities should be designed to improve student outcomes in non–academic areas that directly impact academic success, such as self–regulation, persistence, and social navigation.• Ensure cultural and linguistic relevance: With a 20% multilingual student population, services must be accessible.• Programs should be capable of being integrated into the agency’s multi–tiered system of supports, providing “Tier 1“ enrichment for all students or “Tier 2“ targeted engagement for specific student groups.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 31, 2026.
