EXTRA-75377 - USA (Pierre, South Dakota) - Rural Health Data Atlas Informatics Services - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide rural health data atlas informatics services to the government authority located in Pierre, SD.– Rural health data atlas will integrate datasets from health agencies and other publicly available sources into an intuitive platform featuring maps, charts, tables, and point–and–click analysis tools.– Extract, transform, and load data from existing systems into enterprise data infrastructure for ingestion by the rural health data atlas platform, with the added benefit of modernizing data availability for programs in state agencies.– Support focused on data science and public health informatics.– Develop and maintain metadata for data atlas datasets and indicators, including data dictionaries and data element and variable change documentation.– Assist in identifying solutions for information access, such as data repositories, visual display of information for data quality review and decision–making, and concerns related to legal, confidential, and security aspects of data collection, storage, and access.– Support the development and maintenance of new data feeds from existing state agency data sources and information systems.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
