Vendor needs to provide human hindbrain organoid functional assay services to the government authority located in Silver Spring, MD. – Purchase of human hindbrain organoids and all necessary cells, reagents, and consumables to run electrophysiology studies, delivered on predetermined schedule to the agency, functional data obtained on from the same human hindbrain organoids to document network response to drugs known to impact respiratory function and batch–to–batch data reproducibility. • Human Hindbrain Organoids and Associated Culture Materials, including twelve (12) scheduled deliveries in accordance with PWS Task 1 • Functional Characterization Services, including 3D MEA testing, drug–response studies, data analysis, study reports, and sample return in accordance with PWS Task 2
