RFP for Professional Services for the Public Engagement Component of the Friendship Park Beautification Project

General work description: Yuba County Public Works is soliciting proposals for public engagement and outreach activities for the Friendship Park Beautification Project within the community of West Linda, California. Scope of tasks includes managing and coordinating meetings, preparing community engagement plans, conducting a survey of pedestrian, bicycle, and physical activities at the park, conducting and gathering relative data about Friendship Park, etc. The purpose is to gather public opinions/ideas and concerns they may have for the development of Friendship Park. Public engagement materials/deliverables will include printed notes, copies of presentations, counts, social media posts, maps, photos, reports, handouts, flyers, surveys and summary of results.
