(1) Vendor needs to provide hotel accommodations for temporary student housing services to the government authority located in Denton, TX.• Temporary Hotel Housing for students to accommodate overflow of campus housing.• Non–Smoking rooms required with double beds (double occupancy per room)• Up to one complimentary room for Housing Staff to stay while students are occupied• Two–day notice of cancellations and change in rooms• Amenities listed that are included with rooms – ie. Pool, fitness center, game rooms, computer/office area with hours listed, etc. Students shall have full access to hotel facilities and amenities normally available. • All additional facilities fees will be the responsibility of the individual student• Complimentary meeting/activity room available for periodic programs and meetings• Free laundry facilities available to students staying• Rooms must have internal hallway access (no external room entrances acceptable)• Complimentary parking• Rooms cleaned every other day and when new occupants move in(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
