Vendor needs to provide managed service for end–to–end recruitment to the government authority located in Ireland. – An ambitious Recruitment Strategy to deliver additional permanent and specified purpose posts across all categories and grades of staff.– These new posts will commence from quarter 1 2027 with a focus on early delivery of a large portion of the required additional staff to align with the recruitment plan.– The solution identified to supplement existing recruitment arrangements is a fully managed end to end recruitment service for the additional posts through a single supplier arrangement through a Managed Service Provider, providing recruitment services across a range of categories and roles to be recruited.
