(1) Vendor needs to provide window cleaning services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA.• Glass or solar panel cleaning— squeegee and hand cleaning/application of detergent• Non–routine Cleaning – restoration, final construction cleaning, and stain/scratch removal• All windows shall be cleaned as set out in the pricing schedule and shall include for cleaning associatedframes, heads, sills, panels, window fixtures and fittings and all other miscellaneous window furniture• Squeegees shall not be longer that the width of the window or glass being washed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
