(1) Vendor needs to provide workday consulting services to the government authority located in Escondido, CA. – Provide workday support services, post–deployment support, configuration services, release management, reporting, integration support, optimization, knowledge transfer, and strategic advisory services for the city's workday environment.– Workday Maintenance and Sustainment:• Functional design and performance review.• Business process optimization and configuration support.• Regulatory and compliance–related configuration updates.– Strategic Advisory and Continuous Improvement:• Annual workday roadmap workshop.• Public–sector best–practice recommendations.• Feature adoption recommendations.– Functional and Technical Support:• Human Capital Management (HCM), including workforce administration and business process support.• Payroll, time tracking, absence, benefits, compensation, and related year–end or cyclical activities.• Learning, performance and talent optimization, including business process support.• Financial management, procurement, suppliers, expenses, accounting, budget, and related processes.– Ticketing, Support Tiers, and Escalation:• Release note review and impact assessment.• Release risk evaluation and adoption recommendations.– Reporting, Analytics, and Integrations:• Provide technical support for reporting and integrations based on city requirements.include configuration, troubleshooting, testing support, reconciliation, optimization, and knowledge transfer.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
