(1) Vendor needs to provide financial consulting services to the government authority located in Jackson, WY.1. Capital planning and financing:– Services may include evaluating funding alternatives, developing phased financing strategies, assessing debt capacity, recommending financing structures, preparing benefit–cost analyses in support of airport improvement program grant applications, and assisting with passenger facility charge applications, amendments, and financing strategies.2. Enterprise financial analysis:– Services may include financial modelling, profitability and operational analyses, enterprise–wide financial planning, and recommendations to improve financial performance, support strategic decision–making, and ensure long–term financial sustainability at the airport.3. Financial planning and cash management:– Services should include evaluating historical and projected financial performance, identifying funding needs, assessing liquidity, and developing short and long–term financial forecasts to support operational and capital planning.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
