Community School Health Clinic: Mahatma K. Gandhi School PS #23 & Gladys Canon Nunery Community School PS #29 & Fred W. Martin Ctr. for Arts PS #41

There is a need to establish a health and wellness program at the following schools: Mahatma K. Gandhi Community School (PS# 23), Gladys Canon Nunery Community School (PS# 29) and Fred W. Martin Community School (PS# 41), in order to improve the students and parents social and emotional development and the overall well-being and emotional support. The schools are seeking a provider that is qualified/certified individual that can address basic health, issues and provide medical services that include an ophthalmologist, as well as dental care.
