(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, hosting, migration and AI integration services using content management system. • Provider must deliver a flexible Content Management System (CMS) that allows for granular design control.• Dynamic Design Elements: Ability to customize page–pops (modals) with full control over typeface, color, and size.• Layout Precision: Tools to adjust CSS–level spacing between content elements and global styles for font sizes and color palettes.• Context–Aware Chatbot: An AI assistant that understands user intent and remembers conversation details to provide natural, human–like interaction.• Automated translation: integration of innovative translation services—such as an ai assistant capable of supporting 45+ languages—to ensure equitable access for all families.• Document Management System (DMS): A robust backend for uploading, tagging, and sorting files (PDFs, images) with support for easy content migration from the current website platform• Scalability: hosting infrastructure capable of handling high–traffic periods, such as back–to–school registration or emergency weather closures.• Authentication: Integration with Google SSO for staff logins to protect and provide a secure staff portal for district assets• Website offers integrations to post alerts from a mass communication product• Website is mobile friendly and has ability to integrate in a mobile application(2) The contract period will be for one year.
